RK Automotive Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency operating within the motor trade sector. These terms govern the use of our website (rkautorec.co.uk) and, where applicable, the recruitment services we provide to both clients and candidates.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend content on the site without notice. We are not liable for any loss or disruption arising from use of the site or temporary unavailability.
 
3. Services to candidates

Our services to candidates are provided free of charge. By registering with us or submitting your details, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. You agree that we may present your details to potential employers for roles we consider suitable, and that we will discuss this with you before doing so. You are not obliged to accept any role we present to you, and we make no guarantee of employment.
 
4. Services to clients

Our services to client businesses are subject to a separate fee agreement, which will be confirmed in writing before any candidate is introduced. By engaging us to provide recruitment services, you agree to the terms set out in that agreement. In the absence of a signed agreement, our standard terms of business will apply, a copy of which is available on request.

Key terms for clients include:

A placement fee is payable upon the candidate commencing employment. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate's agreed annual salary, as specified in the relevant fee agreement. A rebate or replacement period applies as set out in the fee agreement. No fee is payable if the candidate was previously known to the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
 
5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and the RK Automotive Recruitment brand, is the property of RK Automotive Recruitment or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
 
6. Limitation of liability

We take care to ensure the accuracy of information on this website and in our recruitment process, but we cannot guarantee it.
