About the Role
We are working with a busy franchised dealership in Norfolk to recruit an experienced Service Advisor. You will be the key point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing and repair, managing bookings, keeping customers informed throughout the process and upselling relevant work where appropriate. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Requirements
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised or independent setting
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience with Kerridge, Pinnacle or similar DMS
• A full UK driving licence
