About the Role
A franchised dealership in Suffolk is looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join their parts department. You will be responsible for sourcing and supplying parts to the workshop and trade customers, managing stock levels and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a busy and varied role that requires good product knowledge, strong attention to detail and the ability to build solid working relationships with both internal teams and external customers. Requirements
• Previous experience in an automotive parts role
• Knowledge of parts cataloguing and ordering systems
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a busy environment
• Strong communication skills for dealing with trade and retail customers
• Experience with Kerridge or similar dealer management systems preferred
