About the Role
A highly regarded franchised dealership group in Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced General Manager to take overall responsibility for the performance of one of their key sites. You will oversee all departments including sales, aftersales, service and parts, driving profitability and ensuring the business operates to the highest standards. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can deliver results commercially while maintaining a strong culture and team environment. An exceptional remuneration package is available commensurate with experience.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior management role within automotive retail
• Strong commercial and financial acumen across sales and aftersales
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Track record of delivering against manufacturer KPIs and business targets
• Experience managing multi-departmental teams within a dealership environment
