You will be responsible for presenting and selling finance and insurance products to customers, ensuring full FCA compliance at every stage. Working closely with the sales team, you will drive F&I performance while delivering a transparent and professional customer experience. Requirements
• Previous experience as a Business Manager or senior Sales Executive
• Strong knowledge of finance products and FCA compliance
• Ability to maximise F&I penetration and deliver compliant customer outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Dealer management system experience preferred
