About the Role
We are recruiting an Aftersales Manager for a franchised dealership in Essex. This is a senior role overseeing the full aftersales operation including service, parts and workshop. You will be responsible for driving departmental profitability, maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and leading a team of service advisors, technicians and parts staff. The right candidate will be an experienced aftersales professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to motivate and develop their team.
Requirements
• Significant experience in an aftersales or service management role
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations, labour sales and parts profitability
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Financial awareness with experience managing departmental budgets
• Manufacturer training or recognised automotive management qualification desirable
